These groups are offered virtually and led by our team of of facilitators around the world. These groups fall into three main categories – health & wellness, mental health & recovery, and work & personal relationships. We have groups for adults and teens in English and also for adults in Spanish.

While many of these live groups are recurring weekly, we also add and adjust groups, topics and facilitators over time to meet the needs of our members and the organizations we work with. This ensures that we not only have continuity for the most popular sessions, but also continue to bring fresh options and expanded variety as we continue to grow.

There is nothing that can replace live interaction. Connecting with others over similar topics and challenges in life help create a greater sense of belonging and support.
